• We will not pass on your details to anyone you tick 'no' to on a speed dating event

• We reserve the right to ask any participant found to be rude, drunk or under the influence of drugs to leave a speed dating event without refund

• Tickets may be transfered only with express permission and if space is available on an alternative event.

• No refunds will be offered within 30 days of the event date if you are unable to attend.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed by us or the venue, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to change your ticket to a future event.

• By providing your email address, you agree to receiving emails from us with special offer coupons from Birmingham Speed Dating.  You can unsubscribe at anytime.
